Business travel to leisure travel…call your travel agent.

Seven night vacations for a busy entrepreneur or a corporate V.P. are hard to think about.  Even though nobody is indispensable, we all think we are and that our businesses and jobs will not withstand our departure for a week.  Planning it alone requires time during the work week!  Simplify things for yourself and have an experienced travel professional take care of your R & R at the end of your business trip.

Going to Vegas or Chicago for a meeting?  From Vegas, jet to Cabo San Lucas for a few days on the beach or fairway and Scottsdale is an easy trip from Chicago.  If you don’t have a pending business trip and need to get some sunshine to break up the winter, a long weekend or even 4 nights can do a lot to boost productiveness at the office.  There are more and more nonstop flights to warm Caribbean destinations to make travel quick and easy for a short vacation.  Leisure travel can be tricky when you have just a few days to go and a limited time frame to take that trip, so your agent can make valuable suggestions for the best use of your time.

Planning travel online is risky as you don’t know if the property you are looking at has a swimmable beach or a good restaurant, for example. All online resources have great pictures of the property overlooking the beach, but how would you feel if you got there and that beautiful beach shown online is actually pebbly and not swimmable?  Or if you arrive and only then learn there is construction in part of the hotel?  Time away from the office is precious, so using a travel professional to advise you makes sense.  You don’t pay extra for the use of a knowledgeable agent, as the hotel will charge you the same whether you book directly or through an agent.  A travel professional gets income from the resorts that pay them commission for booking; the client pays the same regardless.  Why would you then spend that precious time planning your leisure trip from pictures on the internet?

Family time can often take a backseat to busy work schedules.  Why not plan to have the family meet you for those few precious days away after a meeting?  Make the planning easier by contacting someone who can do this quickly and logistically.  Many times, just the thought of planning all this is daunting!  Enjoy a few days on a cruise, a long weekend at a dude ranch or a stay at a stunning beach resort.  Prefer to ski for the weekend?  A bike trip to Napa?  We can provide many ideas and choices depending on your likes and dislikes.

We can assist you with all your leisure travel needs as well as your business incentive meetings.  Our website is http://www.bookavacation.com or call us at 800-277-5218.
