Beware… cheap hotels save you $ on the room nights, but cost you $ on transportation from the hotels (which are mostly located a good distance from the center of town). Going on line and making your hotel res. with an online source by price, you will end up spending more commuting to the sites you are there to visit. Penny wise and pound foolish! We can advise you on the best locations to stay in and find accommodations that are within your budget! Don’t be fooled by pictures on the net or by price. I have never seen a hotel room with old furniture or saying on a noisy street. Great to spend $200 a night for a hotel on the edge of town, on a busy street with a room overlooking a highway! Nobody is going to put that on their website!! Beware!
