Clients are surprised to hear that we charge a nominal fee of $100 per person to plan a detailed travel itinerary. These fees are applied towards a trip once it is booked with us, so the planning does not cost anything extra. There are those clients however, who will call to get information from agents, and then after they receive hotel and travel information with suggested travel itineraries, they decide to take the information and book elsewhere.
As travel specialists, we spend many hours putting travel itineraries together for our clients; contacting hoteliers and guides around the globe that we have both working and personal relationships with that we trust will give our clients the attention they deserve as will as complimentary amenities such as a complimentary breakfast and a room upgrade.
There is a price for the quality of service we provide to our clients; one that you cannot find on the net or in mass market travel stores. If you think about it, $100 is a small price to pay up front (and as a travel credit) to insure that all your expectations be met and you have a travel experience that is rewarding and memorable.
