Nancy Yale, Owner/President of Cruise Resort & World Travel, Inc., is an award winning business woman with a passion for travel. After founding her travel agency in 1992, she was immediately so successful that within six months she reorganized and expanded. Keeping her eye always on travel industry trends and changing customer needs and demands, Ms. Yale has continued to build Cruise Resort & World Travel, Inc. into a multi-million dollar full service luxury travel agency specializing in intergenerational family trips, unusual honeymoons, cruises, land packages and tours.

Known both among customers and the travel industry for her knowledge and quality customer service, Ms. Yale has assembled a depth of staff which allows the agency to handle every detail of even the most complex travel. Seven full time leisure travel specialists, a financial manager, a document manager, a marketing coordinator/administrative assistant as well as seven active outside agents give this agency the edge in making travel vacations a dream come true.

Cruise Resort & World Travel, Inc. has been a member of Cruise Line International Association (CLIA) and Vacation.com since its founding in 1992. Nancy Yale was designated the first Master Cruise Counselor in the state of Connecticut and now many of her agency’s travel consultants are either Master or Associate Cruise Counselors.

In 2001, Cruise Resort & World Travel, Inc. became a member of Virtuoso, an exclusive network of elite travel specialists. In 2006 Ms. Yale was presented with the prestigious Virtuoso Achievement Award at Virtuoso’s lavish Awards Gala in Las Vegas. To capture this award, she topped a group of over 200 luxury travel professionals across the country for closing the most business generated from leads from Virtuoso.
